- M&E Design assist with Engineers and consultant
- Identify and track deficiencies to resolve within contractual timelines
- Scheduling-Work with Area Superintendents to provide M&E 6 week look ahead to coincide with their activities
- Develop Water main and Sanitary ERP
- Review and provide input for overall M&E schedules
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating all M&E Field related scopes of work on a Project. Performs all functions and responsibilities in consonance with the company’s values and beliefs.
- Review M&E Contractors submittals, ITPs, QA/QC program, execution plans provide input and feedback
- Reporting-daily Superintendent reports, safety inspections, PSA, QA/QC audits
- Review and understand M&E contracts

- You have a construction related degree or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience working on large commercial projects.
- You have six to eight years of experience working on M&E Field related scopes of work on a project
- You have the ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes, produce workable solutions and lead a large team to successful completion.
- You have an advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings.
- Financial Management, understand M&E budgets, Billing and Invoicing
