- Perform monthly variance analysis and prepare insightful reports for management.
- Oversee the AR & AP team, ensuring efficient invoice processing, timely collections, and payment cycles aligned with company policies.
- Support digitalization and data-driven finance initiatives.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and speed.
- Lead the finance team in Singapore and Malaysia, building a high-performing, compliant, and proactive finance function.
- Act as the primary finance partner for Singapore and Malaysia entities, providing financial visibility and supporting strategic decisions.
- Submit timely and accurate financial reports to HQ.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax (including GST) and ACRA reporting requirements.
- Optimize working capital through inventory control, receivables management and payables oversight.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
- Develop talent pipelines and conduct training on financial practices across departments.
- Partner with business units to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
- Highlight material variances, business risks, and opportunities to HQ Finance.
- Manage timely month-end and year-end closings, prepare financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA is a plus).
