Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot/Salesforce CRM.
Provide insights into sales data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency through CRM functionality.

Develop and deliver end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

HubSpot/Salesforce certifications (CRM Implementation, Sales Software, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub).
3+ years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot/Salesforce CRM Administrator or super-user with admin-level responsibilities.
Experience integrating HubSpot/Salesforce with ERP systems or other enterprise platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage data integrity and system governance.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot/Salesforce reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
