Tasks

-Assist with tender contract drafting and contract strategy input -Interface with project management, design, QS / cost control and site teams to ensure contractual obligations are met -Manage variations, claims, entitlements, notices and correspondence, ensuring alignment with contract terms and conditions -Review contractor/subcontractor claims, assess entitlement, negotiate with external parties -Ensure compliance with procurement processes, contract governance, risk mitigation and audit obligations -Administer contract documentation (main contracts, subcontract agreements, variations, extensions, claims) across a portfolio of projects

What You Bring

-Degree or diploma in construction management, quantity surveying, law or related field (preferred) -Exposure to full contract lifecycle, variation / claims handling and dispute resolution -Excellent negotiation, communication, drafting and stakeholder management skills -Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator or Contract Manager role -Experience working within a tier-3 builder or on commercial / government / infrastructure projects -Ability to interpret contract/legal documents and collaborate with legal advisors
