The Service Technician role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This includes responding to resident service requests, conducting preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new occupants.
Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds independently (or 50 pounds with assistance), and work in all weather conditions. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties, as well as occasional travel to support other properties or attend training.
The hourly rate ranges from $21.00 to $25.00, with eligibility for bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
