  • Lead or support the preparation of RFPs and proposals
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including utility companies, municipalities, general contractors, and consultants
  • Provide status updates
  • Work closely with leadership, estimating, and project management to align business development efforts with operational capabilities
  • Work with estimating and operations teams to develop competitive and compelling submissions

  • Build a pipeline of leads for both public and private sector opportunities
  • Represent Teraflex at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Engage new customers in offered services
  • Responsible for managing and reporting on Business Development database
  • Sell more offered services to current customers
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and potential clients
  • Communicates monthly on pipeline status, win/loss analysis, and strategic targets.
