Administrative Assistant

Description

• Order and maintain employee uniforms, jackets, T-shirts, and related company apparel.
• Provide backup support to Service Coordinators during absences, including technician time entry and dispatching service calls.
• Manage and maintain multiple Excel reports to support daily operations (must be comfortable with data entry).
• Respond to customer phone calls and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Assist with processing and coordinating material returns.
• Scan, organize, and forward customer-required forms and documentation.
• Monitor and prioritize a shared email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Assist with the annual inventory project and provide general support to the Service Manager and Technicians as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and PDF editing software
• Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner while pivoting as needed
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous dispatching experience (Construction or Building Service industry is preferred, but not required)
• Previous experience with data entry
• Possess high school diploma or equivalent
