Order and maintain employee uniforms, jackets, T-shirts, and related company apparel.
Provide backup support to Service Coordinators during absences, including technician time entry and dispatching service calls.
Manage and maintain multiple Excel reports to support daily operations (must be comfortable with data entry).
Respond to customer phone calls and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Assist with processing and coordinating material returns.
Scan, organize, and forward customer-required forms and documentation.
Monitor and prioritize a shared email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Assist with the annual inventory project and provide general support to the Service Manager and Technicians as needed.
