Coordinate and attend Field meetings with clients and other stakeholders to review schedule and progress.
Help identify Out of Scope work or Change in Conditions that will require an RFI.
Provide field supervision with production and productivity information, material tracking, and other administrative functions.
Coordinate notification to appropriate stakeholders.
Work with Project Manager and Scheduler to update project schedule.
Track and monitor project as-builts and final submittals.
Review and manage project documents, drawings, permits and reports, and other electronic records from the start to completion of construction activities on construction cloud shared drive.
Track and submit weekly production and productivity trackers.
Summarize and track time and material paperwork.
Create RFI/change order and cost estimates with input from the Superintendent.
Collect data on-site and prepare reports as needed for review.
Coordinate with Field Superintendent, General Foreman, Foremen, and Project Manager to provide schedule and progress updates.
Prepare project budgets for internal tracking and maintain a constant understanding of costs and budget thresholds.

BS in Engineering or working toward Construction or Project Management Degree preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to read and understand Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical drawings.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing job requirements.
Proactive attitude, showing initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Ability to work in a team environment and display leadership skills.
Ability to work well with field crews.
Renewables background if no degree.
Excellent reasoning ability.

Variable working hours from 40 to 60 hours a week based on the project schedule. More than 40 hours not guaranteed.
