Concrete Finisher

Description

• Perform all aspects of concrete work for commercial and industrial projects, including pouring, finishing, and patching.
• Operate vehicles and mechanized equipment as certified and required.
• Ensure exposed concrete meets aesthetic and structural requirements.
• Monitor work processes, materials, and surroundings for quality and safety.
• Provide guidance and direction to crew members.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and plans to determine layout, dimensions, grades, and elevations.
• Always adhere to OSHA and company safety standards.
• Operate tools and equipment to transport, place, and finish concrete.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of concrete trade practices and techniques.
• Smooth, texture, and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and tape measures.
• 7–10 years of commercial concrete finishing experience.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
