

Owns and operates self‑storage facilities offering rental units for personal, business and vehicle storage.
Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, assessing customers’ storage needs, suggesting supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collections.
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to half of the shift, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and basic maintenance of interior and exterior areas.
Successful candidates have prior experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail or food service, possess a valid driver’s license, and use their own vehicle for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided.
