- Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and local regulations related to landscape architecture.
- Supervise and mentor junior landscape architects, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality design output.
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of landscape projects with a focus on residential and hospitality environments.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives, design standards, and schedules are met.

- Strong knowledge of plant materials, sustainable design practices, and hardscape installation techniques.
- Project management experience, including the ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and coordinate project teams.
- Experience in high-end residential landscape design and an understanding of market trends.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
- LEED accreditation or other sustainable design certifications a plus
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio of completed residential landscape projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with landscape lighting design, irrigation systems, and water features.
- Proven experience in all phases of design and project management for residential properties.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
