  • Maintain a billable contribution of up to 50–60% of the working week, typically through technical oversight or as Project Director.
  • Spearhead our client engagement and business development activities across the Water Market.
  • Service Integration: Collaborate across service offerings to deliver integrated solutions that combine asset management, digital innovation, and data intelligence.
  • Focus remaining time on market positioning, client engagement, and revenue generation for the practice.
  • Develop and execute strategies to position our Asset & Information Management services effectively.

  • Proven experience in Asset & Information Management within the water or infrastructure sectors. IAM certificate as a minimum.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technical capabilities into client value.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Recognised leader in the industry.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, multidisciplinary environment.
  • This candidate will be a recognised presence in the industry, bringing a strong network of client relationships and the credibility to shape and spearhead our engagement strategy.
  • Work from an AtkinsRéalis office or client site at least three days per week, with travel expected as part of the role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of sales, client development, and market growth.
