We’re hiring for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI offices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bridge, retaining wall, and box culvert design. - Communicate effectively internally and externally
- Hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Possess a PE license in Wisconsin or obtain it within six months of hire
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Mathcad, RISA, LEAP Bridge, MDX, Eriksson Culvert or comparable structural design software
- Familiarity with WisDOT, AASTHO, ASCE, NDS, AISC, and other structural design codes (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical competence to perform project tasks independently
- Knowledge of client and internal software required to complete projects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for worksites, client meetings, and conferences
- Authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel out‑of‑town and overnight for professional development or project work
