Verify the technical drawing templates and related requirements with the Contractor for use during the project life cycle; e.g. shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Manages the project execution as main responsible for the Construction Supervision Services under the contract.
Review and monitor the contractor’s programme and CPM to ensure timely completion of all activities against the scheduled dates and develop recovery plans in case of any delays/deviations.
Present the signed Contracts Documents to the Contractor and address any presented queries.
Schedule performance appraisal sessions with the Employees to discuss performance and obtain feedback.
Review to verify the submittal review comments for the presented Sub-Parties (PQ) and related materials submittals (MAS) for clearance to participate in the execution of the project.

Complete the Supplier Performance Evaluation Assessment to present to the DOCS and the Corporate QA.
Initiate and execute Employee Transfer Requests upon approval.
Identify and address changes to the Contractor in relation to project’s requirements / activities.

Facilitate the handover from the Corporate CoE Department to the CS Team, including the awareness of the technical requirements and Specifications, and any recorded ongoing and/or pending issues presented within the design history.
Allocate areas of risks, opportunities related to the project activities, set the operational controls and the verification mechanisms to ensure effectiveness of controls.
Review project mobilisation in relation to the site management plans along with the related supporting documents that are applicable to the project scope.
Review the budget assessment and related payment to validate issue of payment to the Contractor.
Review to verify suitability of the present Contractor staff for the project.
Communicate the annual leave plan to the employees, review leave dates and submitted leave applications.
Monitor the compliance of the requirements of the Contractor’s activities during the Defects Liability Period.
Review all team responses and correspondence drafts before issuance to the concerned interested party.
Address technical issues by advising and coordinating the site technical team for supply chain submittals and site methodology.
Issue Job Site Instructions / Site Work Instructions to the Contractor addressing Extension of time/cost when necessary.

Supervise and manage the processes related to the site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of Contractor’s submissions, site works and guidance for an effective implementation are all in accordance with drawings, specifications and local regulations. To lead and direct the site supervision team to ensure smooth implementation of the project construction as per the design and contract documents. Liaise with client’s representative, contractor, construction manager and the design manager.
Custodian of the implemented SMPs and Key responsible for the project supervision processes and requirements to deliver in compliance with the contract, project and other applicable requirements.
Issue Variation Orders (VO) to the Contractor to be implemented on site as per Q / T / C requirements, monitoring its execution and report its progress to the employer.
Manage the project execution and coordinate the Project Site Team during their daily activities.
Review the Contractor’s Procurement Schedule regarding CPM and log lead items to verify compliance with the set Contract requirements and Specification.
Review and present attendance reports to F&A for payroll and present overtime reports to the contractor and employer for review and approval.
Review the validity and appropriateness of the presented guarantees, insurance policies, performance bond and licences for the project.
Review to verify operational inspection documents and reports (discipline, QHSE, Contractor, etc.)
Manage, review and coordinate the contractual, technical and commercial requirements and issues.
Apply Quality / Time / Cost assessment to review the impacts of the suggested changes to the project’s requirements and progress.
Coordinate the assessment of presented variations with the QS / Admin Coordinator and advise the Employer.
