Implement and manage marketing and analytics tracking, including:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports covering leads, transactions, units, campaign performance, and sales pipelines
Integrate websites and landing pages with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Bitrix, etc...) to ensure accurate lead capture, tracking, and routing
Build and maintain scalable front-end architectures using modern web technologies, ensuring fast load times and cross-device compatibility
Build and customize CRM forms, automations, workflows, and lead distribution logic tailored to real estate sales operations
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Media Buying, and Back-End teams to deliver conversion-focused improvements across digital assets
Develop and maintain custom widgets, interactive components, and dynamic content to enhance user engagement and lead capture
Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, conversion-driven websites and landing pages for real estate projects, campaigns, and launches
Troubleshoot and resolve website, funnel, and CRM-related issues, including lead drop-offs, tracking discrepancies, and system errors
Implement responsive, SEO-optimized UI/UX designs aligned with luxury real estate branding and lead conversion best practices
Handle end-to-end lead lifecycle integrations between websites, CRMs, call centers, and sales teams
Enhance and maintain internal lead-management platforms (My lead), including bulk uploads, refresh mechanisms, SMS login testing, and performance optimization

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer with a strong background in the UAE real estate sector to support, enhance, and scale our digital platforms. The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, CRM, and technical teams, with a strong focus on website performance, lead management, reporting, and CRM integrations.

Experience with server-side frameworks such as python, ruby, php, Java, ASP, ASP.NET
Conversion APIs (CAPI)
Meta, Google, and third-party pixels
Solid understanding of tracking and analytics (Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, Conversion API)
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Proven ability to build high-converting landing pages for lead generation
Experience with API integrations, webhooks, Zapier, Make.com, and CRM connectors
Strong UI/UX skills and attention to detail
Strong experience in web development - Real Estate experience is Mandatory (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, or similar frameworks)
