Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy.
Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business beginning with the shop floor and ending with senior management.
Experience using various computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Access and other applications included in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of system development methodology, project management system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Information System, Management Information Systems, Computer/ Information Science, or a related field.
Ability to rotate work assignments, projects, and teams every 6-12 months throughout the program. Relocation for a minimum of one rotation may be required.
Knowledge of basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices of a professional/technical field.
