The Resident Retention Coordinator promotes, organizes, and implements community resident‑retention events on‑site full‑time, working Tuesday to Saturday. The role reports to the immediate supervisor and may include other related duties as assigned.

Compensation is based on business needs, experience, skills, and location, with a base salary and eligibility for bonus programs tied to individual and company performance.
