

Privately‑owned, family‑run construction firm offering commercial, industrial & institutional project delivery.
Assist the Superintendent and field supervisory team with day-to-day on-site operations and coordination.
Represent Clancy & Theys on the jobsite, helping ensure construction methods, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed.
Assist with virtual design and construction (VDC) coordination to ensure field activities align with design intent.
Support the safety program by following all established safety practices and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.
Support preconstruction activities such as planning, scheduling, and estimating project needs.
Monitor and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and field records.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including internal departments, trade partners, and vendors.
Coordinate with internal project teams and external partners to support effective project execution and resolve issues as they arise.
Foundational understanding of construction processes, terminology, and field operations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and trade partners.
Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities to support a fast-paced construction environment.
Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, “ready-to-learn” attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction management software and platforms such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus.
