BS or MS in Welding Engineering discipline (Civil, Structural, and Mechanical) / Construction Management is required

Ability to work and build credibility across the business, up to and including senior management level
Ability to work in the United States and travel

Willing to relocate to an available permanent position after successful completion of the rotational program.

Work history or internship experience in construction, engineering, designing, and/or constructing Plate Structures and/or Pressure Vessels
Exceptional communication and presentation skill, both written and verbal
This position will require travel and working for extended periods of time in the field and regularly within a construction or office setting. Field conditions will include, but are not limited to, working outdoors in extreme heat, cold, precipitation, dust, dirt, loud noise, and occasionally from height. Office conditions will include, but are not limited to, working in a standard office setting with office noise. The role will require the employee to walk, stand, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, crouch, sit, reach, type, observe, listen, and speak.
