  • Updating and maintaining Health and Safety files and COSHH folders.
  • You will oversee the daily management of the facilities services, across hard and soft services, managing a multitude of contractors and service party providers and H&S administration.
  • In this role you will be line managing a team of 10 (cleaning and estate operative team), responsible for performance management, appraisals, recruitment and any other staffing related matters.
  • Manage and coordinate the reactive maintenance desk. Dealing with all maintenance issues concerning the communal areas and commercial units.

  • You have experience setting / managing PPM’s and actioning any remedials as required.
  • You bring a high level of contractor management experience, having worked with a broad range of service providers and specialists to ensure quality, value, and timely delivery.
  • You will have demonstratable experience in managing a range of onsite major projects, with various projects. Works this includes project planning and delivery – reviewing scope of works, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), tendering, supervising contractors, permits to work etc.
  • You have a strong background in Health & Safety and statutory compliance. .
  • You ideally have the NEBOSH qualification or will be willing to obtain this. We will be supporting towards find and funding the full cost.
