The Project Manager role in Construction Operations leads the field execution of federal construction projects through the Acquire–Comply–Execute lifecycle. Reporting to the Construction Operations Department, the manager owns safety, quality, cost, schedule, and compliance performance while partnering with the Program Manager and functional teams such as Safety/Quality, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT/Cyber, and Legal/Compliance.
Based in the New England and Mid‑Atlantic region, the position requires up to 35% travel, including overnight stays, and involves moderate physical demands.
