Assisting with final account agreements and substantiations
Accurately valuing completed work and ensuring timely cash collection
Ensuring compliance with Tarmac and client processes to mitigate commercial risk
Managing sub-contracts: issuing tender enquiries, awarding contracts, and assessing monthly payment applications
Preparing and submitting monthly applications for payment
Supporting the preparation of monthly CVRs and forecasts (internal and client-facing)
Issuing early warning notices and managing compensation events
Requirements

surfacing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Solid sub-contract administration skills
Degree-level qualification preferred
Willingness to travel between sites as required
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
NEC3/4 contract experience (highly desirable)
Occasional UK travel to support wider team needs
HND or Qualified by Experience (QBE) also considered
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
Commercial awareness and process-driven mindset
Previous experience in surfacing or highways infrastructure projects
Strong drive and ambition to succeed
