Tasks

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Engineering. -Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance in accordance with SOPs and manufacturer guidelines. -Support validation and qualification activities for temperature-controlled equipment. -Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including maintenance logs, calibration records, and compliance reports. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. -Monitor and maintain environmental conditions in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) areas. -Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency projects. -Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues related to HVAC and refrigeration systems. -Perform routine and reactive maintenance on refrigeration systems, chillers, cold rooms, and HVAC units.

What You Bring

-Attention to detail and commitment to quality. -Minimum 3 years’ experience in refrigeration and HVAC maintenance. -Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. -Physical work including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces. -Trade qualification in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Mechanical Engineering. -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. -F-Gas certification. -Proficient in using tools, meters, and software relevant to HVAC and refrigeration. -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. -Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance. -Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. -Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, food). -Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS). -Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). -Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with strict hygiene and safety protocols.
