What You Bring

-Experience in customer service and call center operations. -Understanding of healthcare and patient care processes. -Bilingual proficiency in Spanish. -Familiarity with electronic health records. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Medical or dental assisting diploma or CNA license preferred. -At least 6 months of experience in healthcare. -Proficiency in scheduling and appointment management.
