What you would be doing

Follow up COA shipments in accordance with the agreements.
Support the Shipping team with internal and external reporting.
Execution of Charter Parties and operational follow-up of shipments.
Follow up on payment requests and approvals.
Conduct Laytime calculations.
Assisting and supporting the Chartering Managers and Operations Coordinator with the preparation and follow-up of the operational subjects.
Review the Trade Contracts and evaluate/comment on related shipping terms.
Follow up on daily updates and ensure recording/filing including ERP.

Previous experience in dry bulk shipping operations or a similar role is preferred.
University degree in Maritime Business Administration, Shipping, or a related field with a GPA over 3.00/4.00.
Able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of being dynamic, goal-oriented, highly flexible, and hardworking.
Accurate, well organized, and punctual.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Able to handle stress with full dedication to work.
Self-motivated and self-disciplined team player, excellent communicator.
