The ATM is responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective level of technical control with in their area of responsibility, ensuring material costs are maintained within company targets and supporting customer needs through the development and maintenance of Heidelberg Material's market leading material portfolio.
Investigate and assist in the resolution of customer quality complaints and non- conformities.
Generate and submit required reporting to the Project timetable.
Using NDAC systems and reporting tools constantly monitor and maintain product and raw material performance.
React to issues in a manner that minimises risk and cost to the business.
Support the Project Technical Strategy Plan.
Support customer needs through the development and maintenance of Heidelberg Materials’ market-leading material portfolio.
Provide technical training for new department employees and customers as directed.
Achieve company targets for quality assurance levels.
Maintain efficient and effective technical control within your area of responsibility.
