Complete accurate daily construction reports, manually or electronically.
Perform and review material testing of asphalt, concrete and aggregates.
Through training and mentoring, perform field inspections of roadway and utility construction including sewer, water, asphalt and concrete roadways, and other construction projects.

Be a current student, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or relatable degree.
Be adaptable to changing priorities and have a willingness to take initiative.
Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather as needed.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Be willing to work hard and learn, both while working independently and with a team.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Holder of a valid driver’s license.
