Planning the project activities, including defining methodology for complete execution, considering timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Ensure that toolbox talks, task briefs, permits and COSS briefs are carried out for all work tasks prior to commencement of work.
Monitor and supervise sub-contractors, contract staff and direct labour for allocated site activities.
Responsible for identifying and managing potential risks that could affect project execution.
Prepare, develop, and maintain project documentation.
Responsible for the submission of accurate site records to enable effective monitoring of programme and cost plans.
Responsible for ordering and receipt of site deliverables, timely returns of goods receipts notices.
Develop a detailed schedule, outlining when each task should occur.
