Share your expertise by training and mentoring co-workers in the United States after returning from Austria
Monitor the manufacturing process and troubleshoot issues as needed
Participate in a 2–3 month training program at our state-of-the-art factory in the Austrian Alps to learn our advanced assembly techniques
Support continuous improvement of manufacturing standards and processes
Assemble engines independently and collaboratively on a modern assembly line
Complete scheduled tasks to ensure on-time delivery

Hands-on experience as a mechanical technician, automotive mechanic, or similar role
Willingness to work overtime, flexible shifts and adapt to team needs

Strong attention to quality and commitment to high assembly standards
Valid work authorization for the United States
