- Embrace the development of the People’s project financial management skills
- Accord with all company processes and procedures in a timely manner
- Contribute to monthly reports for the Commercial Manager
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset and activities across the business
- Work with colleagues in the promotion and communication of deliverable solutions, making best use of communications channels and in person meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to generate greater business synergies.
- Maintain effective and motivated engagement and communications
- Work with the Commercial Manager to implement a strategy to improve and bring consistency to project financial performance.
- Apply a positive, proactive and effective internal and external engagement and communications, working closely with the Commercial Manger, Operations Director and Finance team.
- Foster a client focused culture, putting a strong emphasis on clients in our communications.
- Help promote the consultancy offer and wherever possible the Tetra Tech wider services.
- Follow the company’s delegation of authority and Tetra Tech policies
- Develop and maintain a culture that promotes and supports our staff and their career development to achieve attrition no greater than 10% per annum.
