In this role the manager will provide operational leadership, set performance targets, and foster a high‑performance culture. Responsibilities also include ensuring safety compliance, recruiting and developing staff, managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Continuous improvement initiatives and risk management are also essential components of the position.
The Branch Manager directs all branch activities to serve employees and customers, protecting the company’s brand reputation. Working under the guidance of the General Manager, the manager uses independent judgment to achieve a healthy cash flow and acceptable rate of return. The role requires knowledge of crane rental operations, safety standards, business acumen and strong people skills.
Ideal candidates possess sound financial management abilities, technical expertise in crane and rigging solutions, and a proven track record in customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict‑resolution skills, and strong proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word are required. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines is essential.
