Encouraging and inspiring design consultants to produce their best work using their creativity, experience, resources and talents in a cost effective way
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and solutions.
Lead and manage the design-build process from conception through the design phase
Supervise and mentor project engineers, architects, and construction personnel
Leads and assists in the development of future design-build proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships as the primary contact for design partners and owner agencies
Facilitate communication between design and construction teams to ensure alignment
Review and approve design plans, ensuring they meet project specifications and regulatory requirements
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Must have and maintain a valid state issued Driver’s License with driving record that meets company guidelines.
Travel requirement – 25%, or as needed based on business demands.
