- Report to the manager at shift start for daily direction.
- Inspect and package parts per specifications and record information on in‑process sheets.
- Cut, bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble, and label materials according to production instructions.
- Operate and maintain wire cutting, CNC cutting, hauling, conveyor, wrapping, hi‑lo, and one‑person lifting equipment.
- Verify equipment setup throughout the process and handle continuous operation and shutdown.
- Maintain productivity standards and ensure final products meet density, material, weight, size, and shape tolerances.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Operate pre‑breakers/re‑grinding equipment to recycle EPS.
- Participate in safety requirements, quality systems, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
- Apply basic safety standards such as Lock‑Out‑Tag procedures.
- Follow manufacturing and OSHA safety standards.
- Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate assigned machinery.

- Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operation, safety requirements, and departmental procedures.
- Be verified and signed off by a supervisor on procedures within two months of hire.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrate problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (preferred).
- Use basic math, counting, and hand‑held measuring tools.
- Perform light to moderate physical effort, including various motions and tolerance to temperature changes throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
