Technical Services Manager

• Manage statutory compliance, maintenance, energy performance, and life cycle planning
• Lead all technical and M&E operations across a large, complex retail asset
• Support multi-million-pound refurbishment and landlord projects (£500k-£4m+)
• Oversee a mix of internal and outsourced maintenance teams and service partners
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations, the client, and senior stakeholders to deliver service excellence and operational innovation
• Act as the site lead for health and safety, risk management, and building systems (BMS/CAFM)

• Possesses strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive high standards
• Ideally holds NEBOSH or IOSH certification and understands energy and ESG best practice
• Brings proven experience managing hard services and technical compliance within a large, customer-facing environment (retail, leisure, airports, or commercial estates)
• Holds a relevant engineering qualification (ONC/HNC or equivalent)

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (potential flexibility for an exceptional candidate)
