Calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and replace process instruments as a part of the facility’s maintenance program
Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems
Pressure test pneumatic instruments for leaks, pneumatic instruments with controllers, transducers, and valves in service
Maintain process instruments including valves, vibration monitors and other instruments
Perform field calibration of electronic instruments with transmitters, controllers, transducers, valves, and recorders in service
Loop check electrical wiring for continuity and proper termination

Knowledgeable in the use of electrical equipment testers including V.O.M., AMP meter and 1000-volt insulation tester
Read, understand, correlate, and trouble-shoot from one-line schematics P & ID's, and ladder diagrams
