The Field HR Administrator supports site‑based team members and project leaders with HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping, compliance, reporting, employee relations and off‑boarding. The role acts as a liaison between hourly employees and corporate Solar HR to ensure seamless HR operations at the job‑site level. Work hours begin at 7:00 am to align with field operations.
Candidates should demonstrate strong work ethic, professionalism and a positive attitude, with solid communication, organization and time‑management skills. Bilingual ability in Spanish or Creole is preferred, and an associate’s degree, high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1‑2 years of administrative experience, are desired. Construction‑industry exposure, willingness to travel, and flexibility for overtime or weekends are also valued.
