The Outside Sales Representative (B2B/Rental) role is part of a Market Sales Leader team that drives revenue by coaching sales representatives and strategic account managers, identifying upcoming job sites, and cultivating relationships with key decision makers. The position requires developing strategic market approaches and ensuring collaboration across the sales force to deliver solutions and quality service.
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least four years of proven sales experience and a valid driver’s license. They should possess strong knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, and be capable of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals while building territory market share.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $95,642 to $131,507, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
