As a Senior P&C Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to our leaders, providing advice across the full spectrum of HR disciplines with a strong focus on Employment Relations. You’ll join a supportive team that celebrates wins, learns from challenges, and works side‑by‑side to create something great while supporting our workforce of over 3,000 staff.
- Provide fair, consistent, strategic employment‑relations advice to leaders and manage complex employee‑relations issues.
- Build leadership capability and drive strategic workforce planning.
- Support organisational change initiatives and embed culture, values, and EVP.
- Partner with the business to analyse engagement, turnover, recruitment and other data to generate insights and inform decisions.
- Utilise HR systems to continuously improve processes.
- Lead performance and remuneration processes for the assigned portfolio.

You’ll be a generalist Senior P&C Advisor with experience and confidence in managing complex employment relations matters. You bring at least five years of generalist P&C experience, a relevant tertiary qualification, strong business acumen, and a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist P&C role with depth in at least one specialist area.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across all business levels.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and a proactive mindset.
- Experience using HRIS systems, data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborative, curious and solutions‑focused approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related field.
