- Contribute to post-incident reviews and process improvements.
- Ensure timely, high-quality resolution of technical issues to meet service level agreements.
- Communicate effectively with IT leadership and employees about service-impacting issues.
- Maintain documentation of recurring issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Provide interim coverage of selected TSM responsibilities when assigned or during absences
- Assist in monitoring backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Serve as the escalation point for advanced or unresolved support desk tickets.
- Participate in change management review and approval processes under TSM guidance.
- Assist with leadership communication during incidents, outages, or critical IT events.
- Act as a point-of-contact for urgent IT concerns in the TSM’s absence.
- Support IT security processes such as access control reviews, vulnerability management, and compliance reporting.
- Shadow and train with the TSM on operational and security responsibilities, including incident response, change management, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate escalated incidents across IT teams, including DevOps, Network, and Development.

- Authority to delegate urgent tasks to support staff during incidents.
- Decision-making skills for prioritizing and resolving escalated issues.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor junior staff.
- Proficiency in documentation and knowledge base maintenance.
- 3–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across desktop, network, and application environments.
- Authority to resolve and close escalated technical support issues.
- Limited authority to approve/deny access and security requests (under TSM oversight).
- Knowledge of IT security principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts (incident, problem, and change management).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Prior experience in a leadership, senior support desk, or escalation role preferred.
