B2B Sales Executive: CBS Division

Description

• Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients.
• Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals and making presentations.
• Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals.
• Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics and winning business.
• Utilize and manage the CRM to capture and enter all customer information.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure completion of the scope of work through independent contractors.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and thrive within the team.
• Well‑organized within a structured sales process, guiding clients from initial contact to final sale.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in external B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, maintenance, or related sectors.
• Proven history of success in external B2B sales roles.
• Project or construction management experience is a plus.
• Exceptional relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Experience with short sales cycles and strong closing abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Previous sales training is advantageous.
• Charismatic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, able to deliver presentations or conduct one‑on‑one meetings effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook.

Benefits

The role is compensated with a base salary plus commissions, targeting an on‑target earnings of $100 K+ in the first year. The primary territory covers Memphis and surrounding areas, extending from North Memphis to Eastern Arkansas.
