Junior Architect

Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role located in Hollywood, FL. The Junior Architect will collaborate on architectural designs, assist in project development, and coordinate with team members during different project stages. The individual will also be responsible for drafting plans, ensuring compliance with building codes, and contributing to the overall design and construction processes.

Requirements

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Work authorization in the United States is required, we are not a sponsoring company.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Excellent proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and Rhino, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical and design skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural field, with proven involvement in residential projects.
• Skills in Software Development and Integration as related to architecture and design tools.
• Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
