Ensure work produced is technically accurate and delivered in accordance with the appropriate standards; managing junior colleagues in the delivery of project sub-tasks including quality control.
Project manage sub-tasks within larger projects and take the Project Management lead on smaller projects, including control over project task budgets, resourcing and the production of sub-task deliverables and quality control.

Experience of travel demand management and behaviour change initiatives would be advantageous, including associated marketing and communications.
Broad range of transport planning skills including demonstrable experience of supporting the delivery of transport planning projects within the field of Sustainable and Active Travel.
Good report writing and presentation skills.
Experience of utilising a range of qualitative and quantitative methods (including Excel and GIS) to support the development of Transport Plans and Strategies and identify optimum solutions.
Experience in supporting the development of proposals and winning new work advantageous.
Experience of supporting the preparation and delivery of engagement and consultation activities with a range of stakeholders advantageous.
Experience in supporting the development of Sustainable Transport and Decarbonisation policies, strategies and plans, multi-modal network development, options appraisal, and feasibility studies for public transport, walking, cycling and placemaking schemes.
