Supporting the development of designs for highway access and highway improvements as well as supporting the development of strategies for sustainable transport.
Producing and updating technical drawings, plans, and modelling using industry standard software (full training provided).
Ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and meets project and quality standards.
Helping with the coordination of Transport Planning information between engineering, environmental, and design teams.
Contributing to technical reports
Assisting the Transport Planning team with the preparation of technical documents and calculations.

You must be currently located in Ashford.
No industry experience is required we’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
A keen interest in Transport Planning, infrastructure, design, or the built environment.
A willingness to learn technical software such as Junctions11 and AutoCAD, plus other tools.
Computer literacy in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
Use of CAD
Work well within a team
Learning how to engage with clients, local authorities, and internal project teams as your experience grows.
GCSEs, A-levels, BTEC, or equivalent but we welcome a variety of educational backgrounds.
