• Perform moderate portions of engineering assignments and complete primary design elements independently.
• Gather and correlate engineering data using established procedures.

• Assist project managers with contract administration, payments, scheduling, and changes.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Possess 4+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with heavy civil projects (water/wastewater, mass transit, power generation) and electrical calculations.
• Knowledge of power system equipment, P&IDs, control schematics, single‑line diagrams, and related drawings.
• Ability to perform field inspections, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, and working in confined spaces.
• Proficient with CAD, spreadsheets, databases, and Accubid for estimating.
• Familiar with NEC, NFPA 70E, industry quality standards, and quality control processes.

Benefits

The position offers a salary range of $115,000‑$145,000 based on experience and education, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, employer‑paid STD/LTD, life and AD&D insurance, as well as voluntary options such as pet insurance and legal protection. Benefits are available to employees working more than 20 hours per week, with core medical coverage also provided to part‑time staff.
