Adjust technician schedules as necessary to accommodate customer needs and service dates
Schedule inspections with customers in a timely manner
Generate monthly work orders and transmit them to ServiceTrade within the appropriate timeframe
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Proactively communicate with customers before the scheduled date of inspection to confirm arrangements
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers as required
Bill work orders in accounting system (GreatPlains and ServiceTrade) and distribute invoices and any backup documentation to the customer in a timely manner
Submit required documents to compliance portals as needed
Set up, maintain and update inspection contracts regularly
Provide efficient and professional administrative and clerical service to colleagues and supervisors
Set up new customers and work orders efficiently

Experience in fire protection or similar role preferred
Experience with Microsoft Great Plains and ServiceTrade software preferred

Superior organizational abilities
Have an understanding of construction environments and safe work practices
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Attention to detail is a MUST
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - for interacting with customers and employees alike
Experience with dispatching is preferred, but not required
Strong computer skills are required
Outstanding professional communication skills - written and verbal
