Thermal Works LLC is seeking a Senior Account Executive to work directly with the CEO on key customer engagements and manage strategic accounts in hyperscale and large‑scale data center markets. The role requires deep experience in critical cooling systems, a strong mechanical engineering foundation, technical credibility, strategic thinking and the ability to handle complex, long‑cycle sales of integrated cooling architectures.
The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, comfortable in a fast‑changing environment, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. The position is full‑time, remote in the United States, reports to the CEO, and includes 30‑50% travel across the US.
