Description

• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution.
• Provide guidance or training to junior document control or project staff if required.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support completions activities, including the review, validation, and handover of project documentation.

Requirements

Our client has a contract opportunity for an experienced Completions Document Controller

They are looking for a highly skilled professional with a unique mix of experience in completions, design, and CAD. This role requires someone who can read and interpret technical drawings, understand project/completion phases, and has a solid background in document control or technical project support.

Grangemouth - Min 8 Months

• Several years’ experience in document control, completions, or project support.
• Understanding of project phases, processes, and certification requirements.
• Exposure to completions activities, ideally within Oil & Gas, chemical, manufacturing, or process industries.
• Read, interpret, and work with technical drawings and CAD models.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and CAD files.
• Strong IT/document control skills, with proficiency in document management systems.
• Relevant technical qualification or HNC/Degree in an engineering or technical discipline is advantageous.
• Understand the processes and phases of completion for projects, from initial design through to handover.
• Flexible background: a mix of completions, design, and CAD experience is highly desirable.
