Tasks

-Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers to ensure high-quality design output and commercial performance. -Contribute to and support internal project management processes including fee tracking, progress monitoring, and programme delivery. -Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and repeat business. -Be involved in design strategy, advising on system resilience, redundancy, and power distribution methodologies. -Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for hyperscale and enterprise-level data centres. -Produce and oversee electrical schematics, reports, specifications, and detailed layouts. -Review and approve designs to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and client specifications. -Coordinate closely with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of design systems. -Participate in site inspections, technical meetings, commissioning activities, and post-occupancy reviews.
