As an experienced Senior Building Surveyor, you will be able to demonstrate:
Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS) and experience in facilities management or property consultancy.
Experience preparing professional reports and presenting to clients.
Strong project coordination and financial management skills.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A Bachelor's degree BSc or Masters degree MSc in a relevant discipline (i.e. Building Surveying).
Willingness to travel when needed.
