We are hiring a full‑time, hybrid Survey Technician to support our surveyors and field crews. In this role you will ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards while upholding company policies and project specifications. You will act as a bridge between disciplines, contributing to seamless project delivery.
- Process, organize, and analyze survey field data using Leica Infinity.
- Create and update maps, plans, and legal descriptions in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Research land records, deeds, and survey maps for accurate results.
- Contribute to technical reports and documentation.
- Perform mathematical computations for plotting features and boundaries.
- Develop client relationships to enhance satisfaction and project success.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and update the Project Surveyor.
- Implement innovative survey solutions for internal and external clients.
- Assist field crews operating Leica total stations, GPS, and scanning equipment.

The role requires occasional travel throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York, the ability to lift up to 50 lb, and a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles. - High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in surveying preferred.
- 3–5 years surveying experience preferred.
- Knowledge of land surveying principles, terminology, and field methods.
- Experience downloading, processing, and organizing survey data.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation Open Roads preferred.
- Familiarity with PennDOT field and office standards preferred.
- Ability to meet professional performance standards aligned with company values.
- Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and judgment skills.
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lb; travel to sites in PA, OH, NY.
